After the product has been repaired or exchanged, customers collect their PC from the repair center.

If the system is not damaged beyond repair, the end users’ PC is returned to them after being restored by certified Lenovo technicians. If repair is not possible, the entire system will be replaced at no additional charge.
Lenovo’s 3-year Sealed Battery Warranty can be purchased for a system with a 3 year base warranty or a with the purchase of a warranty extension of 3 years. The extended battery warranty is available with depot or onsite service and offers a single battery replacement in the event a covered battery fails to meet minimum performance standards.
